Our mission is to provide 24/7 free and effective outreach services to safeguard children who are sick, lonely, in danger, or facing exploitation. By collaborating with government bodies, NGOs, educational institutions, and community organizations, we aim to offer immediate assistance and protection, raise awareness, and resolve child welfare issues promptly and efficiently.

- 1098 toll-free helpline is a national emergency service for the children who require care and protection, just like 108 medical emergency service.
- The child helpline project is run by the Ministry of Women & Child Development of Central Government under Childline India Foundation (Mumbai) in the partnership of State Government, NGOs, educational institutions, various agencies and the corporate sector.
- 24 hours free outreach service for the security of the children facing emergency was started from 15th March 2011.
- Child Helpline is really helpful for any child who is sick or lonely, who requires shelter, who has been left alone, who is child labor, who is missing or being exploited, who was attacked or brutally beaten. Over 3500 children have received protection from the Child Help Line.
- Seminars are organized in various schools and colleges to spread awareness about 1098 Child Helpline.
- Child welfare services are available as per the order of the Child Welfare Committee.
- Childline Advisory Board (CAB) is formulated under the chairmanship of Hon’ble collector to solve the problems of children related to childline at district level.
- ‘Railway Child Help Desk’ is active at platform No.1 of Rajkot railway junction to solve the problems of children who are found near Rajkot railway station area and who require special care and protection.
- Child Help Group (CHG) is formulated to solve the problems of children at local administrative levelwithStation Director/Superintendent/Master as its convener and SHO (GRP), Inspector (RPF), SSE (Works) as its members. They all work together for Railway Child Help Desk (1098).
